Sushant case: Rhea’s judicial custody extended till October 8. Rhea was arrested on the 7th by the Narcotics Control Bureau.
Rhea Chakraborty’s judicial custody was extended till October 8. The court has given this verdict on a special Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985. Rhea was arrested on the 7th by the Narcotics Control Bureau.
Earlier, Riya was in judicial custody for 14 days. She was arrested in relation to Sushant Sing Rajput’s Death, where she is suspected to be involved in a Drug Case in connection with the death. It is learned that Riya and her brother Souvik have applied for bail in the Bombay High Court.
Rhea, 26, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on the basis of statements made by others arrested in the case, including Souvik. Shauvik, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda and attendant Deepesh Sabant were interrogated face to face, and was tried to find out what role he played in the drug cycle.
Several people have been arrested so far in this case. Several drug traffickers from Mumbai and Goa have also been arrested.
