A 17-year old girl from Tamil Nadu’s Pudukottai district committed suicide after she did not get the admit card to appear for NEET. Complaint Registered Against NTA Director
The NSUI (National Students’ Union of India) on Monday filed a complaint against the DG stating that the 17-year-old girl from Pudukottai, Tamil Nadu committed suicide as she did not get the admit card to appear for NEET.
The complaint further stated that the student’s are under huge mental pressure for the Government’s decision to conduct examination in this worldwide pandemic situation.
The NSUI also cited the flood situation in several states like Bihar and Assam, where students are facing difficulty to reach their examination centres.
